Mailing Lists and Data Use
We aggregate email addresses of our visitors for the purpose of sharing discounts, sales, or special offers through our eFlyer program. We may also send you customer feedback surveys to obtain your input in making our site more efficient for our customers. Also, we may at times provide aggregate statistics about our online sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third-party vendors for analysis to improve our site’s effectiveness, but these general statistics will not include personal identification information.
Typically, eFlyer emails are sent on a weekly basis. At the bottom of each eFlyer email there is an option to unsubscribe from the list. However, you can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to do so. When emailing the Customer Service address to be removed from a list, please include your first and last name and the exact spelling of the email you wish to remove.
Please allow about 1-2 weeks to update our lists.
As a strict policy, MPDirect.com does not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share your email address with any other company or third party. From time to time we make portions of our customer postal mailing lists available to carefully screened companies. This may include your name and postal address, but never your email address.
If you supply us with your postal address online, you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address. By purchasing online, you are automatically added to our catalog mailing list. You may also receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events.
